ABBREVIATED CONTEST RULES AND REQUIREMENTS
Three randomly selected contestants will have the opportunity to win a 2012 NISSAN ALTIMA (courtesy of Nissan of North Olmsted) by successfully throwing a lacrosse ball on the fly through a 5” target at a distance of 40 yards.
No purchase necessary to participate or win. A purchase will not improve one's chance of winning. To enter the 2012 Nissan of North Olmsted & Cleveland Coca Cola Fisher House Promotion, you must be 16 years of age or older, a legal resident of the United States and must not be a current or former pro or semi-pro lacrosse player or coach, or current or former collegiate, Jr. collegiate lacrosse player or coach. Promotion begins on 3/21/2012 and ends on 4/21/2012.

COMPLETE OFFICIAL RULES AND REQUIREMENTS
Three randomly selected entrant(s) will have the opportunity to win a 2012 NISSAN ALTIMA (courtesy of North Olmsted Nissan) by successfully throwing a lacrosse ball on the fly through a 5” target at a distance of 40 yards. 1 contestant will try at half time of the Kenston vs Breckville Varsity game and 2 contestants will try at halftime of the University School vs Hawken School Varsity game.

One (1) Grand Prize, consisting of a 2012 Nissan Altima (courtesy of Nissan of North Olmsted) or a $25,000 cash prize. In the event two or more contestants have successful throws the contestants agree to split the $25,000 cash prize equally.

To enter you must be a U.S. legal resident of an Eligible State and 16 or older at time of participation.
To participate in the Promotion, you must be 16 years of age or older, and a legal resident of the United States.

No purchase necessary to participate or win. A purchase will not improve one's chance of winning. Void where prohibited. Entry into the contest will only be via the methods specified below. Limit one entry per person per day. All entries must include all the information requested to be eligible.
All entries must be received within the period stated during the Promotion's offer to be eligible to win a prize. Late and/or subsequent entries per person, per household, and/or per address will be disqualified. Sponsors are not responsible for failure to receive an entry for any reason including but not limited to submission and/or transmission failures, technical malfunctions and/or other conditions beyond its reasonable control. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Limit 1 per day. You may not use more than one name or residential or email address. You must complete your own entry. No use of any automated, form filling, programmed or similar service or system.
Three (3) Contestants will be selected by random drawing. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.
Contestant(s) will be randomly selected from a bin containing names of valid registrants who entered their names into the drawing. Names will be chosen from the bin at random until the name of somebody in attendance at the named event is chosen. (CONTESTANTS MUST BE PRESENT TO PARTICIPATE). No one contestant may be selected to participate on more than one occasion. The individual selected CANNOT choose another person to participate on his/her behalf.
The first drawing (one contestant) will occur at the end of the first quarter of the Kenston vs Brecksville Varsity lacrosse. The chosen contestant will attempt their throw at halftime of the Kenston vs Brecksville Varsity game.
The second drawing (two contestants) will occur at the end of the first quarter of the University School vs Hawken School Varsity lacrosse. The second drawing chosen contestants will attempt their throws at halftime of the University School vs Hawken School Varsity game.
HOLE IN ONE LACROSSE GRAND PRIZE THROW RULES:
Limit one prize (valued $600 or more) per person/household per 12 consecutive months from any promotion sponsored by Sponsor or any of its affiliates.
Contestants are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, on prize and any other expenses not specified herein as being awarded.
GRAND PRIZE TRANSFERS:
The prize cannot be transferred.
Burning River Lacrosse is the Administrator of the contest and is solely responsible for the processing of entries and administration of the Promotion. By participating, you agree to abide by the Rules and all decisions of Sponsor and its judges and administrators, which are final and binding in all respects. Non-compliance may result in disqualification. You are not a winner unless and until you have fully complied with the Rules and all award processes have been completed (including affidavits and any verifications required by Sponsor). All entries must use your actual name and residential address (as on your driver’s license or government ID)(no P.O. boxes).. Entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned. Winners may not substitute, transfer or redeem for cash all or any part of prize. If, for any reason, a prize cannot be awarded or winner is not capable of redeeming, Sponsor is not obligated to award it and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, whether or not to substitute the prize (or portion of prize) with a prize of comparable or greater value or cash value or select an alternate winner for forfeited prizes. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, if any, on prizes and any expense or item not specifically awarded in the Rules.
USE OF NAME/LIKENESS:
By accepting a prize, you grant Sponsors (and its designees) and Burning River Lacrosse (and its designees) the right to use your name and/or likeness for advertising purposes in any medium, without further compensation, except as prohibited by law.
Neither Sponsors nor any other Promotion Party is responsible for any:
Sponsors may, in their sole determination, disqualify anyone it believes has not complied with the Rules, may be tampering or acting in a non-sportsmanlike, disruptive, abusive, harassing or threatening manner.
ATTEMPTS TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY VIOLATE CIVIL AND CRIMINAL LAWS AND SPONSOR MAY SEEK REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT UNDER LAW.
Sponsors may, in its sole determination, cancel or modify any aspect of the Promotion or Rules for any reason which Sponsor, in its sole opinion, deems affects the promotion, execution or administration of the Promotion (whether tampering, technical or human error, application of new or existing laws/regulations, or other issues).
BY PARTICIPATING, YOU RELEASE AND AGREE THAT NEITHER SPONSOR NOR ANY PROMOTION PARTY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, EXPENSES AND LIABILITY OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURIES AND/OR DEATH, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, COUNSEL FEES AND COURT COSTS) ARISING FROM ANYTHING RELATING TO:
ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW EXCLUSIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS.
CLAIMS/CHOICE OF LAW:
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant in connection with any Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in the State of Ohio.
All participants who enter a Promotion agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Ohio and agree to waive the right to a jury trial with respect to any claim or dispute with regard to any aspect of any Promotion or these Official Rules.
Any and all claims, judgments and awards in connection with a Promotion shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in connection with such Promotion but in no event attorney’s fees; and under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and hereby waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
