2012 Summer League Introductory Camp Mission
Our camps are focused on the goal of improving the camper’s fundamental skills. Our camps are not team camps but skills camps where the vast majority of time is spent teaching techniques and fundamentals in individual or small group sessions.
Who Can Attend The 2012 Summer League Introductory Camp?
Any Youth and Middle School players interested in picking up the game of lacrosse. This camp is meant to teach players who are new to the game basic fundamentals and help prepare them to take part in our Summer League. Every year we get players, with very limited experience, come out and take part in our leagues but often look for more instruction other than what the practices provide prior to the league games. This three hour introductory camp will give players a chance to learn more about the game in a smaller instructional setting.

Weather Policy
We play in all weather except lightening. Lightening will delay things 30 minutes but we will still try to get the camp in if the lightening was earlier in the morning. A passing storm at 7 AM does not cancel the camp. If it is raining who cares this is not baseball we play. If they get muddy so be it. Kids love mud (at least my kids do) and the washing machine cleans up their clothes. Some of you will ask at what point will you call it for rain? I will put it this way, unless you see animals lining up two by two and a man building an arc we will play.
