Weather Policy

We play in all weather except lightening.  Lightening will delay things 30 minutes but we will still try to get the camp in if the lightening was earlier in the morning.  A passing storm at 7 AM does not cancel the camp. Should a session get cancelled due to lightening we will do the best we can to work with the facilities manager to schedule a make up time.  However, please understand that that may not always be possible.  We do not refund a percentage of the registration fee if weather cancel a session.
