Welcome to Burning River Lacrosse's Used Equipment Listing Site

Lacrosse is growing by leaps and bounds in Northern Ohio which means every season more parents/players are looking for an inexpensive way to gear up for the season and more players/parents are looking to get rid of their old, gently used equipment.  Because of this we have put together a page of used equipment listings that will bring both buyers and sellers together.  Please understand that this site is only to bring people together, we do not in anyway get involved in the sale of anything listed on this page.  The following is a list of ground rules to be observed.

We at Burning River DO NOT

1. Check the listings for accuracy.
2. Set pricing or terms.
3. Get involved in the actual sale on either side (you contact each other not us).
4. Take possession of the equipment or deliver equipment.
5. Take possession of the means of purchase (cash, credit card, etc.) of the for sale item
6. Warranty or make representation about the quality, durability or useability of any equipment listed on the page.
7. INVOLVE OURSELVES IN ANY DISPUTE

Buyers

1. Buyers need to be aware that all listed equipment is sold in “as is” condition and that they choose to use purchase and use it at their own risk.
2. Buyers need to use their own buying criteria to ensure that the product is safe and current by today’s standards.
3. Buyers should contact sellers directly (do not email or call Burning River Lacrosse).
4. Buyers need to be aware that despite the prohibitions below, the site may contain inaccurate information on listed items.  However, we assume no responsibility or liability for such material. (BUYER BEWARE)

Sellers (Email the listing to info@brlax.net)

1. Sellers need to provide a full, accurate description of the item(s) for sale, the purchase price, any terms or agreements and how to be contacted to have their items listed. 
2. Sellers need to email their listing to info@brlax.net
3. Sellers need to contact us once the product is sold to have it removed from the website.

Buyers and Sellers
To the extent legally permitted we expressly disclaim all warranties, representations and conditions, express or implied, including those of quality, merchantability, merchantable quality, durability, fitness for a particular purpose and those arising by statute. We are not liable for any loss, whether of money (including profit), goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this site even if you advise us or we could reasonably foresee the possibility of any such damage occurring.
