Registration for our Winter Canadian Box lacrosse leagues is open.

To honor player / coaches requests the league is set up so that you can enter a whole team (20 players) and have them play together.

 

Why Box?
We created the Canadian box league so that the area’s players could train together in an intense, highly competitive and fast paced setting. We note that the league is Canadian Box because we are using the smaller (4×4) cages, fully padded goalies, a 30 second shot clock and full substitution. The league is not outdoor lacrosse indoors, but true BOX lacrosse with full contact.  By playing box your players will improve their: • Stick Skills, • Physicality, • Shooting, • Off Ball Work, • Lax IQ and • Conditioning.  If you still need convincing check out this video of Box lacrosse – Box Highlights

 

Dates:              Nov 18, 25, Dec 2, 9, 16, Jan 6, 13, 20, Feb 3

Times:                         4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 PM

Divisions:                    • 5/6th, • 7/8th or • High School

Cost:                           Players $150, Teams $2,000 – Goalies – $0
