Why Play Sixes?

  • Fast-Paced & Action-Packed - Sixes is non-stop! With fewer players and a faster pace, you’re always involved in the action—no standing around.

  • More Touches = More Skill Development - Smaller teams mean more ball touches, more decision-making, and more chances to improve your stickwork and game IQ

  • Play Both Ends of the Field - In Sixes, everyone plays offense and defense. You'll become a complete player, not just stuck at one position.

  • Quick Games = More Fun - Games are shorter and faster, which means more excitement and more games in a day.

  • Learn to Play Fast & Smart - Sixes teaches you how to think and play at high speed—perfect training for full-field games and higher levels of play.

  • Great for Conditioning - You’ll run hard, move constantly, and get in great shape without even realizing it—because you’re having too much fun.

  • More Opportunities to Score - More space + fewer players = more scoring chances. Who doesn’t love putting the ball in the back of the net?

  • Build Confidence - More involvement in the game helps you grow your confidence, leadership, and love for the sport.

  • It’s Just Fun. Period - Ask anyone who’s played Sixes—it’s fast, exciting, and super fun. What more do you need?
