- Dates - Wednesday Night June 26 (no wed games but a recruiting event) to Friday, June 28, 2019

- Event Website
- Fields: grass and field turf, so bring cleats and your preference for turf shoes or cleats.
- The tournament will provide an atmosphere convenient to both teams and college coaches with 4 central fields. Thus allowing every player to be seen and evaluated consistently and effectively throughout the tournament. The event also includes at Wednesday Night Recruiting Seminar.
2019 Waivers
- All Players must complete the Trilogy 24 waiver - You can NOT play without the waiver.
Tournament Information
Rules (2019_Trilogy 24 Manual)
- All games START on one central horn. Referees will keep time and control all whistles once the game begins.
- Games start every hour on the hour and consist of two (2) 20-minute running halves with a three (3) minute halftime.
- Teams get one (1) 60 second timeout per game
- All non-Championship Tie Games will go to a 4-Minute sudden victory overtime. Games that remain tied after overtime will go to a Braveheart. 1 player must stay in the defensive half of the field during the Braveheart.
- Championship Overtime: 4-minute periods until a goal is scored. No Bravehearts.
- Sticks must meet NCAA standards. There will be no stick checks unless requested by the opposing coach. If the stick is found to be legal, the challenging team will be assessed a 30- second releasable penalty.

2019 Check In / Check Out (Tournament)
- Check-in will be from 3:00 PM – 6:00 pm on Wednesday, June 26th.
- The tournament director has asked that only the head coach from each team see their registration personnel at check-in and check-out.
- The registration person will hand the head coach the keys/meal cards for the whole group at check-in, and that person will give them all back at check-out.
- Players and parents should find the BR Staff Director. He will hand out and collect keys/meal card.
Note: Plan on meeting us there at 4:00 PM if you are driving separately.
- Check-out will be after our last game on Sunday June 28th.
- Please note the following fees for lost keys / meal cards.
- There is a $75 fee if you lose your key
- We normally do not pre-charge for this so be aware that if you lose your room key it is $75.
- We will email out specific instructions on where to meet as we get closer to the tournament
Lodging, Transportation & Meals
Players Are Staying In The Dorms
Dorm Information
We will be staying in the dorms. Pack accordingly. Players will reside two or three to-a-room; roommate requests will be considered. Players will be given keys to their room so they can lock up valuables, but only essentials should be brought to camp.
- Rooms
- You are responsible for your rooms. Any damage or mess will be charged directly to you.
- Dorms have AC. Players and coaches need to bring bedding for a single bed.
- Key Deposits
- You must return your keys or you will be charged a $75 key fee.
- We normally do not pre-charge for this so be aware that if you lose your room key it is $75.
What To Bring (Dorms) - Don't Forget To Bring Bedding
- For the room: linens, pillow, toiletries.
- For the field: game gear for five games; all equipment including but not limited to helmet, mouthpiece, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, sticks, cleats, turf shoes etc.
- Water Bottles. Water will be provided on every field, but not water bottles.
- Other: casual clothing for downtime & meals, etc.
- Money: not too much, but enough for pizzas at night, drinks during the day, etc. from the camp store, which will be located on the fields.
Dorm Rules
- do not hang anything from sprinkler heads in dorm rooms.
- in case of an emergency – public safety
- do not prop outside doors open; security violations will be handed out if you do.
- under no circumstances are you to open fire doors!
- false fire alarms will result in $1,000 fines to be administered by the police and fire departments.
- you are guests of the Goucher - keep all dorm areas clean and treat them with respect.
- no lacrosse balls allowed in the dorms.
Parents Are On Their Own

2019 Transportation / Directions - There Is A Charter Bus For This Tournament (Extra cost)
To help insure the safety of all participants and limit the number of people driving separately, we have arranged for charter bus transportation to and from Goucher College (approximately 6.5 hours away).
If you chose to take the bus you need to be aware of the following:
- The bus will be leaving at 10:00 AM on Wednesday June 26, 2018 (DO NOT BE LATE)
- The bus will be leaving from the parking lot next to the Wendy's in Independence. The Wendy's is located at 6899 Rockside Road, Independence, OH (Just off the highway at exit 155 - Rockside Road)
- You will not be allowed to board the bus if we do not have all your forms and checks.
- We are planning on leaving the tournament promptly after the last game. This should get us into Cleveland between 8:30 pm and 9:30 PM.
- The bus will drop off at the Holiday Inn in Independence

2019 Meals - Bring Money For Food As Most But Not All Meals Are Included
The tournament provides the following meals:
- Wednesday - Dinner
- Thursday - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
- Friday - Breakfast and Lunch
Our actual meal times will depend on our game schedule.
Dining Hall Rules
- Only one trip to the Dining Hall is allowed per meal time.
- No equipment in the Dining Hall.
- No Cleats in the Dining Hall.
- Must have shirts and shoes on at all times.
- Bus all trays and clean all tables.
