BR Elite Skills Training (B.E.S.T) Sessions

Our B.E.S.T. sessions one of our most popular offerings. The weekly 1 hour individual skills sessions are offered in the Winter (November to February) and in the Summer (June to early July). The sessions are tailored to specific topics and areas that normally get limited coaching (faceoff, shooting & dodging, defense, and goalies). The sessions will be in small groups (8 players or less per coach for faceoff, shooting & dodging, defense, and 3 players or less per coach for goalies). The sessions are open to all area players and a first come, first served basis.
